to join our dynamic customer support team in Chennai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow communication guidelines and scripts as necessary
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
Requirements:
Any graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience
Freshers are welcome; prior BPO or call center experience is an advantage
Good communication skills in English and regional languages (Tamil preferred)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Salary:
12,000 - 20,000 per month (based on experience)
