Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers in Kannada.
Introduce our products/services to potential customers and provide information about features and benefits.
Answer incoming calls from potential customers and respond to their inquiries.
Maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
Handle customer complaints or objections effectively.
Requirements:
Fluency in Kannada is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in tellecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills to maintain records and update customer information.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
