Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and within set timelines.
Maintain accurate and detailed call records and update customer information in the system.
Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics to ensure consistency.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.).
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to higher support levels.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and service offerings.
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing feedback and best practices.
