Processing claims, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and taking appropriate actions as per process guidelines. Adhering to professional standards, established procedures, and policies. Maintaining customer satisfaction ratings through timely actions and adherence to quality standards. Using company policies to determine immediate resolutions or escalate issues to managerial input. Updating customer records by inputting data into the company platform. Resolving customer issues through review, investigation, and appropriate actions.
