Job Title: Tele sales Executive - Voice Process

Location: T-Nagar , Chennai

Employment Type: Full-time

Education : Any Bachelor's degree

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service (voice process).

Salary: ?18,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Shift: Day Shift 6days working(rotational week off )

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and provide effective responses.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality communication.
Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English and local language.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
