Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for record retrieval requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Any Graduate.

Experience:

0-2 years in an international BPO or voice process role. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Good typing speed and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Customer-centric approach with a professional attitude.

Work Schedule:

Night Shift (US Shift) with weekly offs as per business requirements. Communicate effectively with clients and third parties to collect necessary records. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate call logs. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally. Maintain and update records in the database. Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
