- Business Executive Voice

Job Location

- Faridabad

Key Job Responsibilities:

Experience in sales/ retention/Collection/ up selling/ insurance.

To call the customers and inform them regarding pending premiums of their Insurance Policy.

Retaining the existing customers.

To call the customers and inform them regarding pending EMI's of their Loan.

Convinced them to deposit EMI on time.

Desired Candidate:

Candidate should have good communication skills with convincing ability.

Amicable and team player.

Customer Focused.

Exposure to dialer, CRM and related tools/ software will be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
