Role :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Desktop Engineer to join our System Technology Group in Coimbatore. The role requires individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of networking and desktop engineering. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of networking principles and certifications such as CCNA, N+, and A+. This is a dynamic role that involves working closely with senior engineers to support and maintain our IT infrastructure, with a focus on troubleshooting, network support, and problem-solving. Candidates should be prepared to work in flexible shifts, including rotating day and night shifts, and should be comfortable with a fast-paced work environment.

Manager
Job Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware and software issues.

• Assist in network configuration and maintenance.

• Support senior engineers in IT infrastructure projects.

• Maintain documentation of IT processes and configurations.

• Ensure compliance with company IT policies.

• Provide end-user support and training when necessary.

• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.

• Participate in on-call support rotation.
