Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers for service-related queries. Provide clear and accurate information on products, services, and basic account-related questions. Own customer issues end-to-end by logging, following up, and closing cases within defined timelines. Maintain call quality, adherence, and customer satisfaction scores as per process standards. Follow defined scripts, compliance norms, and data security guidelines on every interaction.

Recent international voice experience

(BPO / call center) is mandatory. Preference for candidates who have worked in

customer service / voice process

. Excellent spoken English - neutral accent, clear articulation, and confident communication. Graduate or 10+2 with relevant BPO experience.
