Job Summary: We are seeking a Patient/Member Services - Voice professional with experience in outbound voice processes in the US healthcare domain to handle member queries and provide assistance related to healthcare services. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be willing to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
oHandle outbound calls related to healthcare services within the US healthcare system.
oProactively reach out to members to provide support, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
oIdentify and address varying levels of member complexity and communicate effectively.
oEnsure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare-related guidelines.
oResolve member inquiries efficiently and professionally, escalating complex cases as required.
oMaintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions in CRM tools or other platforms.
Required Skills:
oProven experience in outbound voice processes, preferably in the US healthcare sector.
oStrong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
oBasic knowledge of healthcare processes and medical terminologies (preferred).
oExceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
oTyping speed of 25 WPM with 95% accuracy.
oFamiliarity with CRM software or call center tools (a plus).
oWillingness to work night shifts.
Handle voice-based communication with healthcare providers, or patients.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Willingness to work in a night shift (US time zone).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to handle high call volumes and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and data entry skills.
Minimum 6 months in US Voice process is mandatory.
