Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and outbound customer calls
professionally.
Understand customer needs and provide
accurate information or solutions

Maintain
high-quality communication standards
at all times.
Record and update customer interactions in the system.
Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent English communication
(verbal and listening).
Clear and pleasant voice
; neutral or light accent preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
Preferred:
Prior experience in
voice process / BPO / call center / customer service
.
Exposure to
international clients
or
customer-facing roles
.
