Voice Customer Support Executive.
You will be the primary point of contact for members via phone calls, providing exceptional service, resolving queries, and guiding them through their partner search and membership journey.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound/outbound calls professionally and empathetically.
Resolve customer issues regarding features, payments, and technical problems.
Advise on premium memberships and assist with renewals (sales support).
Document interactions accurately in the CRM and achieve performance targets (CSAT, AHT).
Required Qualifications
Experience:
1-2 years in a voice customer service role preferred.
Communication:
Excellent verbal skills in Marathi and Hindi, and average English (or relevant regional language).
Skills:
Strong empathy, problem-solving abilities, patience, and basic computer skills.
