Role Description This role is for a full-time, on-site position as a Voice/Chat Process for the Night Shift in Mohali or Chandigarh Location. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support through voice and chat communication channels. [Batch of 2024 Graduation/ post graduation are not eligible, Graduation/post-graduation/ 3 year diploma must be completed and graduates of the year 2019/2020/2021/2022/2023 can apply] \xe2\x9e\xa1 Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts. \xe2\x9e\xa1 Work from office profile. \xe2\x9e\xa1 5 days working. \xe2\x9e\xa1 Candidates should mention their address on their CV\'s / Resumes. Salary- INR 2,66,000/- to 300,000/- [Immediate Joiners are preferred.] Perks- *Additional night shift allowance upto 3,000/- per month. *Company provided transportation for all employees. *24 leaves in a year, 11 additional national/festive holidays. *Free insurance coverage of 1 lakh medical, 3 Lakh accidental & 5 Lakh group term.
