to conduct Voice & Accent training for our Domestic BPO team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to train entry-level and experienced agents, and a good understanding of customer service standards in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Voice & Accent (VNA) training for new hires and existing employees.
Improve agents' pronunciation, clarity, tone, and communication etiquette.
Identify speech, grammar, and communication gaps and provide corrective coaching.
Prepare training materials, assessments, and feedback reports.
Work closely with operations and quality teams to ensure training effectiveness.
Track trainee performance and ensure readiness for floor deployment.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience as a VNA/Communication Trainer in a BPO environment.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train large batches and handle role-plays, assessments, and mock calls.
Experience in Domestic BPO training processes is preferred.
