Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery
Conduct

training sessions for new hires, employees, or students as per the organizational requirements.
Train participants on
neutral accent

Help learners improve their
listening skills

speech clarity
.
Deliver sessions on
cross-cultural communication

business etiquette
(as required).
Coach participants on
telephone etiquette

Curriculum Design & Assessment
Design and update training modules, lesson plans, and practice exercises.
Develop
audio-visual and interactive materials
for better learner engagement.
Conduct pre- and post-assessments to evaluate trainees' progress and provide feedback.
Track and report training outcomes, attendance, and performance data.
Coaching & Mentoring
Provide
one-on-one coaching
for individuals needing focused improvement.
Offer personalized feedback on pronunciation, tone, and fluency.
Support participants in reducing
MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
and adopting a global or neutral accent.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with HR, L&D, and operations teams to identify training needs.
Stay updated with modern language training techniques, global accents, and phonetics trends.
Participate in regular reviews and suggest improvements in training methodology.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Communication, or related field (preferred).
Certification in
Voice & Accent
,
ESL (English as a Second Language)
, or
Phonetics
is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum
2-5 years
of experience as a Voice & Accent or Communication Skills Trainer.
Experience in
BPO/KPO
,
corporate training
, or
academic language training
preferred.
Technical & Soft Skills:
Excellent command of English with clear, neutral pronunciation.
Strong understanding of
American / British accent nuances

Proficiency in
phonetics, articulation, stress, and intonation patterns

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and motivational attitude toward learners.
