Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Establish and maintain professional credibility using excellent verbal and written communication, training presentation, and facilitation skills \xef\x82\xb7 Provide communication, soft skills, voice and accent training to NHT batches & on floor associates \xef\x82\xb7 Manage projects to achieve business objectives in a timely and accurate manner. \xef\x82\xb7 Use solid analytical and decision-making skills to assess account performance gaps and learner needs \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct needs analysis, research, and create new training initiatives to strengthen the skill set of employees \xef\x82\xb7 Design, develop, and create a variety of instructional materials and job aids in accordance with identified needs within time and budget constraints \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of adult-learning principles and methodologies including classroom management, coaching, curriculum development, and/or lesson planning \xef\x82\xb7 Provide clarification and effective feedback to learners & supervisors as needed \xef\x82\xb7 Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic activities including refresher training, KPTs and Dipcheck \xef\x82\xb7 Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization, and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds. \xef\x82\xb7 Assist Quality & Operations team to enhance & improve employee skillsets to deliver results and performance \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct side-by-side coaching/floor walk when not on training assignments and thus contribute to operational goals \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare training outlines, scripts, expected results, evaluation and related materials \xef\x82\xb7 Participate in strategic planning sessions to design learning and development strategies and roadmaps \xef\x82\xb7 Innovative training techniques to make training more effective, fun and interactive Ideally, you should have: \xef\x82\xb7 Have minimum of 2 years of working experience as Voice and Accent Trainer/Communication Trainer/Learning & Development in BPO/ITES Industry \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication, presentation, demonstration and facilitation skills \xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in MS Office Suite (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset \xef\x82\xb7 Problem-solving and critical thinking skills \xef\x82\xb7 Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as contribute to cross-functional and global teams \xef\x82\xb7 Must have the ability to identify communication skills gaps to help improve performance \xef\x82\xb7 Technical experience to coordinate the development, maintenance, and implementation of training schedules, outlines, plans, and lessons. \xef\x82\xb7 Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in English/Communication /Humanities with relevant certification courses for soft skill trainers. \xef\x82\xb7 A team player who is supportive, flexible, and ready to take on additional tasks. \xef\x82\xb7 Highly organized, detail-oriented, patient & action-oriented with an ability to work with across teams and supervisors. \xef\x82\xb7 Responds positively to feedback and respects diverse point of views. \xef\x82\xb7 Willing work on a shifting schedule and on holidays as needed \xef\x82\xb7 Certifications (e.g. CPTD) is an added advantage \xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools \xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of Technology and Sales will be preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
