Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, understanding needs, conducting refresher training NHT training Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the training function Providing Feedback to New Hires on V&A and Soft Skills Required Candidate profile 3 to 4 years of experience in training Excellent communication skills Voice & Accent Training working experience Facilitation skills Good Interpersonal Skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Benefits:
