The trainer will deliver theory and hands-on training sessions, prepare students for assessments, and guide them toward career opportunities in the food processing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct theory and practical classes on
Food Processing operations
, including:
Food safety & hygiene
Food preservation methods
Packaging & labeling techniques
Quality control & testing
Operation and maintenance of basic food processing equipment
Develop lesson plans, training materials, and hands-on practice modules.
Ensure students understand and follow
FSSAI and food safety standards
.
Prepare students for
sector skill assessments
and certification exams.
Maintain student attendance, progress records, and training reports.
Coordinate with school authorities, industry partners, and parents.
Provide
career guidance, counseling, and placement support
in food processing/production/quality control OR prior experience as a trainer.
Good communication skills in
Hindi and English
(knowledge of local language preferred).
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of food safety, preservation, and processing techniques.
Ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
Hands-on experience with food processing equipment.
Classroom management and mentoring skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, digital teaching tools).
Salary Range:
?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on qualification & experience).
