Key Responsibilities:
? Teach Indian music and harmonium/keyboard to students, guiding them through
practical and theoretical aspects of music.
? Inspire students to develop a passion for music, fostering creativity and self-
expression through structured and engaging lessons.
? Plan, organize, and deliver effective music lessons that cater to students with varying levels of experience and abilities.
? Encourage student participation in school music events, performances, and
competitions, providing opportunities for practical application of their skills.
? Follow the school's educational philosophy, integrating music into the broader curriculum and contributing to a well-rounded education.
? Continuously assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them excel.
? Participate in school events, workshops, and performances, actively contributing to the school's cultural programs.
? Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the school leadership to support the overall goals of the school.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's in Indian music.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in teaching music to students in a school environment.
Skills:
? Proficiency in Indian music and harmonium/keyboard.
? Fluency in English with strong communication and classroom management skills.
? Ability to plan and organize lessons effectively, making music accessible and
