• Minimum of 7 years of experience in VMware infrastructure management, with at least 4 years focused on VMware vSAN and Azure VMware Solution (AVS).
• Expert knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, and AVS.
• Strong experience in system architecture design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting at an enterprise level.
• Proficiency in network and storage configurations for high-performance VMware environments.
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and VMware PowerCLI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing complex IT projects.
• Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex systems and technologies to a non-technical audience.
• Relevant VMware certifications such as VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV), VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Data Center Virtualization Design (VCAP-DCV Design), or VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) are highly desirable.

• Hands-on experience with VMware HCX, SRM, and large-scale workload migration projects.
