Review system logs, and reports to identify capacity bottleneck or potential issues and suggest for improvement Coordination with Third parties, Vendors and suppliers for fault resolution. Ensuring that the SLAs are met for all incident, problem, request, and change Participate in root cause investigation Perform routine patching activities and ensure that all the systems are up to date Contribute knowledge articles and update them in a timely manner when required Conduct training / knowledge transfer session to the internal support teams. Good knowledge in preparing RFO, RCA\'s, documentation, Knowledge Bank. Skills Required: Responsible for administration, configuration, troubleshooting and support VMware Virtualisation Infra. Managing vCenter Server, ESXI, VM, Data store, snapshot, cloning, DRS, HA, Templates. Log analysis, User, Role, SSO, Security Hardening, Patching, and Backup & Restore. Must Have Skills: VMware Virtualization, Citrix & Cloud computing Good to Have Skills: Server Hardware, Networking, Storage Technical Knowledge and certifications: vCenter Server 6.7 and Higher ESXi 6.0 - 7.X VMware vRealize Operations (vROps) Cisco UCS Servers M4 - M6 HP servers : Proliant G9 - G10 Knowledge in the following tools/environments is considered as an asset: PowerCLI, PowerShell, JavaScript Storage SAN - NFS Pay Range: Based on Experience
