Machine Setup: Prepare, set up, and calibrate Vertical Machining Centers to ensure they are ready for production. This includes tool selection, work piece positioning, and fixture setup.Tool Changes: Perform tool changes and adjustments as needed during the machining process, and maintain tooling inventory.Quality Control: Monitor the machining process to ensure the quality of parts meets specifications, and make necessary adjustments as required.Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine setup, tool changes, and production data.Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the machining process to minimize downtime.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions for enhanced efficiency and productivity.Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and CNC programs..
