Job Description
- Calling Existing Restaurant Partners and explaining how to use the app ( For Top GMV Contributing partners )
- Reactivating closed P0/ P1 restaurants by solving their issues.
- Educating partners about the importance of RHI metrics and keeping a track on them.
- Serviceability check on a regular basis for the Top GMV Contributing Restaurants
- Doing RCA for basic RHI Metrics like Restaurant Driven Cancellations, IGCC, Prep Time & Acceptance. Identifying Defaulters and driving improvement in their metrics
- Making reports and showing city/ spoc level metrics for each charter
- Driving Improvement in RHI via Sales Team
- Partner App training to the new onboarded P0/ P1 Restaurants
