Job Overview

Adsar Hydraulics is looking for a skilled VMC Turner Programmer & Operator who can independently handle programming, setting, and operating of VMC machines. The candidate should have strong experience in machining precision components, understanding engineering drawings, and maintaining process quality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and develop VMC programs using standard programming languages (Fanuc / Siemens / G-Code / M-Code).

Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on VMC machines.

Operate and monitor VMC turning & milling operations to ensure optimum performance.

Interpret and work on engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and machining symbols.

Perform tool offset adjustments, speed/feed selection, and precision measurement.

Inspect finished components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.

Maintain machine cleanliness, lubrication, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Work closely with the production team to meet daily machining targets.

Troubleshoot machining errors, tool wear issues, and quality deviations.

Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in VMC programming, setting, and operating.

Good knowledge of CNC machine parameters, tooling, and machining processes.

Ability to work with tight tolerances and precision machining.

Understanding of 2D drawings (AutoCAD is a plus).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
