Read and understand drawings and CNC programs.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the VMC machine.
Load and set tool & work offsets accurately.
Run and inspect first-off components to confirm accuracy.
Adjust machine parameters for best performance.
Replace worn tools and maintain proper cutting conditions.
Ensure quality and dimensional accuracy of parts.
Maintain machine cleanliness, safety, and daily checks.
Report issues, and support production operators.
Follow 5S, safety, and quality standards.
