is responsible for setting up and operating

Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs)

to produce precision parts. Here's a general job description:

Responsibilities

Set up and operate

VMC machines

efficiently. Read and interpret

engineering blueprints, schematics, and tooling instructions

. Select appropriate

tools and materials

for machining processes. Conduct

routine maintenance

and troubleshoot issues to ensure machine efficiency. Monitor machine operations to detect

malfunctions or production errors

. Perform

in-process inspections

and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality. Maintain

accurate production and inspection records

.

Qualifications

12th / diploma or Any Degree;

technical certifications are a plus. Minimum

1-3 years of experience

as a VMC Operator and Setter. Strong understanding of

CNC programming and machining processes

. Ability to read and understand

engineering drawings and specifications

. Excellent

problem-solving skills

and attention to detail. Ability to work

independently and as part of a team

. Strong commitment to workplace safety.
