Continuously monitor the machining process for quality, efficiency, and safety.
Maintain dimensional accuracy using precision measuring instruments (e.g., vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.).
Perform
troubleshooting and minor maintenance
of machines.
Ensure adherence to
safety procedures and quality standards.
Collaborate with programmers and quality inspectors to optimize productivity.
Maintain
production records and daily activity logs.
