Programming

Prepare

CNC programs (G & M codes)

for VMC machines Modify and optimize existing programs for cycle time and quality Understand and interpret

engineering drawings

Select appropriate

cutting tools, feeds, and speeds

Use

CAD/CAM software

(if applicable)
2. Machine Setting & Setup

Set

work offsets (G54-G59)

Set

tool length and radius offsets

Load tools into

ATC (Automatic Tool Changer)

Fixture setup and alignment Conduct

dry run and prove-out

of new programs
3. Production & Operation

Run machines during production Monitor machining processes and tool wear Make offset corrections to maintain part accuracy Reduce rejection and improve productivity Achieve production targets safely
4. Quality Control

Inspect components using

vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauge, bore gauge

Ensure parts meet

dimensional and surface finish requirements

Maintain SPC and quality records (if required)
5. Maintenance & Safety

Perform basic machine maintenance Ensure proper coolant and lubrication levels Follow

5S and safety procedures

Report machine issues or abnormalities
6. Documentation & Coordination

Maintain setup sheets and tool lists Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams Support continuous improvement activities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
