Job Description

Machine Setup:

Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) based on job order and drawings.

Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine parameters for production.

Programming and Editing:

Interpret and modify CNC programs (LMW/Mazak/Citizen/Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi etc.) as needed.

Perform basic G-code editing directly on the machine.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct first-piece inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge).

Ensure parts meet specified tolerances and quality standards.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Perform routine maintenance on machines (cleaning, lubrication, coolant checks).

Identify and troubleshoot operational issues.

Safety and Documentation:

Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE while operating machines.

Maintain proper production and inspection records.

Key Skills:

Hands-on experience with VMC machine operation and tool setting

Ability to read engineering drawings and job cards

Knowledge of CNC programming basics

Familiarity with quality instruments and procedures

Good understanding of shop safety practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
