We are looking for a skilled

VMC Setter cum Programmer

to set up, program, and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up VMC machines including fixtures, tools, and offsets Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi - as applicable) Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters Perform trial runs and make necessary program corrections Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per requirements Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot machining issues Maintain production records and inspection reports Follow safety procedures and company quality standards

Requirements / Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field Proven experience as a VMC Setter cum Programmer Experience in handling VMC machines independently

Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills Attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills

Experience:

2-5 years (can be adjusted as per requirement)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
