Responsible for Setting, and maintaining VMC used for producing precision parts.
They interpret blueprints, specifications, and engineering drawings to determine machine setup and tooling requirements.
The operator must load materials, adjust machine settings, and monitor the machining process to ensure parts meet the required quality standards.
Regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machines for wear and tear are also part of their duties.
Troubleshoot any machine malfunctions and work closely with other team members to improve production efficiency and quality.
