We at SLV Fortune industries are into design and manufacturing of Graphite, ,Carbon/ Carbon Composites, Graphite insulation components for automobile, jewellery, Solar, Semi-Conductors, furnace manufactures etc.

The Candidates with qualification of ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field with strong academic experience can apply for this position. Experience in VMC machine operation and setting (freshers with interest can also apply) is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

Setting and operating VMC (Vertical Machining Centre) machines. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Programming knowledge (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controllers) will be an added advantage. Tool selection, offset correction, and fixture setting. Performing first piece inspection and ensuring quality standards. Maintaining machine health and ensuring preventive maintenance. Handling production as per schedule and achieving targets.

Technical Competencies:

strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances.

Ability to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.

Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of recent cutting tools

Knowledge of various cutting parameters

Cutting strategy selection for miniature cutters (0.10mm - 1mm)

Should have basic knowledge of all type of manufacturing processes.
