Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

Experience:

10 - 15 years

Key Skills Required:

CNC programming using

PowerMILL

or

SolidCAM

Proficiency in

G-CODE / CAM software

Knowledge of

SolidWorks

and

Delcam

Machine setup and operation Troubleshooting and maintenance of VMC machines Strong understanding of machining processes and precision components

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines using CAM software. Perform machine setup, tool selection, and fixture arrangements. Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure quality output. Maintain and service VMC machines to reduce downtime. Collaborate with design and production teams for efficient workflow. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
