Key Responsibilities: ?Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines using software such as Mastercam, SolidCAM, Fusion 360, or similar. ?Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and blueprints to determine machining processes and requirements. ?Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining. ?Set up VMC machines, load programs, and perform test runs to verify accuracy. ?Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary program or tooling adjustments. ?Collaborate with design and quality departments to resolve manufacturing issues. ?Maintain accurate documentation for CNC programs and setup sheets. 2-5 years of experience in CNC/VMC programming and operation. Proficiency in CNC programming software (e.g., Mastercam, NX, SolidCAM, Fusion 360). ?Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
