Hiring: VMC Programmer / Cum Operator

We are looking for an experienced

VMC Programmer / Cum Operator

to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in VMC operations, programming, and quality control to ensure smooth production and high-precision output.

Key Responsibilities:

Program and operate

VMC machines

independently. Create and modify CNC programs using

Fanuc / Siemens controllers

. Set up tools, offsets, fixtures, and parameters as required. Read and interpret

engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining symbols

. Perform tool path optimization to improve productivity. Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Inspect finished components using

calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other QC tools

. Maintain production reports and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

3+ years

of hands-on experience in VMC Programming & Operation. Strong knowledge of

CNC programming (G & M codes)

. Ability to handle

precision machining

and tight tolerances. Experience in tool selection and machining parameters. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / CNC / Tool & Die preferred.

Salary:

Based on experience & industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?11,768.68 - ?30,628.23 per month
