Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

VMC Programmer

to handle programming, setting, and smooth operation of VMC machines for precision and fastener components.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, edit, and optimize VMC programs using PowerMill / Mastercam / Fusion 360 (or similar CAM software)

Should also have knowledge of solid works software and able to do designing.

Set and operate VMC machines independently

Read and understand engineering drawings and job requirements

Select cutting tools, fixtures, offsets, and machining parameters

Ensure accuracy, surface finish, and cycle time optimization

Coordinate with Production and Quality departments

Maintain VMC programs, tooling records, and documents

Requirements

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering

3-5 years' experience as VMC Programmer

Strong knowledge of VMC programming and operations

Good understanding of G-code, tooling, and machining processes

Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
