VMC Programmer for QC Departments

Total Experience - 3-4 Years Offering CTC - 3.5 to 4 LPA

Designation - Jr. Engineer / Engineer

Location - Tech Park Ranu

Key Responsibilities

Develop and edit CNC programs (G-code/M-code) for VMC machines Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process sheets Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on VMC machines Optimize machining processes for cycle time and quality Perform prove-outs and first-piece inspections Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, etc.) Troubleshoot machining and program-related issues Maintain machine tools and follow preventive maintenance schedules Adhere to safety, quality, and 5S standards Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams

Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical or related field

Proven experience as a VMC Programmer or CNC Programmer Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-code)
