Job Position: VMC Programmer

:

A VMC programmer operates and programs Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to create

precision parts. They also maintain the machines and troubleshoot any issues.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate VMC machines Well Knowledge Known Master Cam 5x software Program parts in 2D and 3D Verify machine settings and program data Post programs to the machine Set controls and regulate speed, feed, coolant flow, and angle of cut Monitor action plans, rework, and rejection Support production requirements Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Modify and optimize existing programs Perform machine maintenance and tool calibration Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions or programming errors

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
