Program, set up, and operate VMC.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions.
Select tools, set tool offsets, and ensure proper machining parameters.
Perform fixture setup, job proving, and first-piece inspection.
Optimize machining programs for accuracy, speed, and tool life.
Conduct routine maintenance and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
