Job Description

Key responsibilities

Program development:

Create CNC programs for VMCs based on engineering drawings and specifications.

CAD/CAM software:

Use software to generate toolpaths, simulate machining operations, and optimize programs.

Tooling and parameter selection:

Identify the correct cutting tools, holders, and fixtures, and set parameters like speed, feed, and coolant flow.

Process optimization:

Continuously improve machining processes to reduce cycle times and enhance efficiency.

Quality control:

Perform in-process inspections and ensure that the final product meets quality and tolerance requirements.

Collaboration:

Work with engineers and machinists to set up machines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production goals are met.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
