VMC Programmer cum Operator - (Points)

Program, set up, and operate VMC machines as per drawings Prepare and modify CNC (G-code) programs Select tools, set offsets, and perform machine setup Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues Optimize cycle time and reduce material/tool wastage Follow safety procedures and maintain machine condition Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet targets
