We are hiring a CNC/VMC Programmer cum Operator who can independently program, set up, and operate CNC/VMC machines to deliver high-precision components. The ideal candidate should have expertise in CNC programming as well as hands-on experience in machine operation.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die / CNC Programming Proven experience as a CNC/VMC Programmer and Operator. Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidCAM, UG NX, etc.). Ability to read engineering drawings and maintain close tolerances. Ability to work independently and handle complex jobs Good knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and materials. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up VMC machines for production and R&D components Interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T Set tools, fixture components, and optimize machining processes Perform quality checks using instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc. Understand basic CNC programming (preferably FANUC/Siemens) Maintain machine cleanliness and safety standards Coordinate with engineering and QC teams
