Develop CNC programs for VMC machines
Set up and operate VMC machines for production and job work
Read and interpret
engineering drawings
, GD&T, and work instructions
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and offsets
Perform
trial runs
, prove out programs, and optimize cycle times
Monitor machining processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and productivity
Conduct
in-process inspection
using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, CMM basics)
Make tool offset and program corrections as required
Maintain machine, tools, and work area as per
5S and safety standards
Identify and troubleshoot machining issues
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Ensure adherence to
quality, safety, and delivery timelines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
