We are looking for an experienced

VMC Delcam Programmer

with a minimum of

2 years of hands-on experience

in programming, setting, and operating VMC machines. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of

Delcam software

, tooling, machining processes, and precision component manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and optimize VMC programs using

Delcam software

. Set up VMC machines and perform tool selection as per drawing and component requirements. Interpret and work from technical drawings and CAD/CAM files. Monitor machining processes to ensure precision and quality. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues. Maintain machine health and follow safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a VMC Programmer (Delcam). Proficiency in

Delcam / PowerMILL / PowerSHAPE

. Good understanding of G-codes, M-codes, and machining parameters. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
