Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Set up and operate VMC machines based on engineering drawings and specifications Perform manual and CNC programming (G-code) as needed Select appropriate cutting tools and fixtures for each job Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality Inspect finished parts using precision instruments like micrometers and calipers Maintain equipment and perform routine troubleshooting Collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet deadlines Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

QUALIFICATION :

Experience: 3-5 years in VMC operation, preferably in a manufacturing or tool room setting Education: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Skills:

Proficiency in reading blueprints and CAD drawings Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) Knowledge of CAM software is a plus Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
