Job Description

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) according to production requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining procedures. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of produced parts. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC equipment. Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments. Document and record production data and machine performance. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining technology preferred. Proven experience as a VMC operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. machining processes. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
