Job Title: VMC Operator
Experience: 1-2 Years
Job Role
- Operate and set up VMC machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Select tools, set work offsets, and run machining operations.
- Check part dimensions using micrometer, vernier, height gauge, etc.
- Maintain accuracy and quality as per aerospace standards.
- Keep workplace clean and follow safety & 5S practices.
- Coordinate with QC team and maintain production records.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or CNC.
- 1-2 years experience on VMC machines.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T and measuring instruments.
- Experience with aerospace materials is a plus.
Skills
- Good focus on quality and precision.
