Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience in individually handling VMC Machine - Job set up, Tool setting, Tool Offset, Loading & unloading of tools, Execution of the job, Inspection of tools and finished products Good experience in handling machines Knowledge on selection and usage of proper measuring instruments, gauges and inspection jigs Filling up of Inspection report, route cards and Production Report Shall be responsible for achieving shift output asper programming cycle time Machining knowledge in Stainless steel, Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Special Materials Able to understand drawings, G & T symbols, inspection as per requirements and recording Strong knowledge about tooling like milling cutters, boring bars, u drills, inserts etc. Basic Knowledge of Programming and Program correction. Knowledge of working on CNC Turning Centre is an added advantage but not mandatory
