Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

VMC Operator

to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating and maintaining VMC machines, with strong knowledge of machining processes, precision measurement, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate

VMC machines

according to production requirements. Interpret

engineering drawings, job orders, and specifications

to determine machining requirements. Prepare, install, and adjust tools, fixtures, and workpieces. Monitor machining operations to ensure

accuracy, surface finish, and dimensional quality

. Perform

basic programming, offsets, and tool corrections

on VMC machines. Inspect finished parts using

Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and CMM

. Conduct routine checks, lubrication, and preventive maintenance to ensure machine efficiency. Adhere to all

safety protocols

and maintain a clean, organized work area. Report any machine issues, quality deviations, or breakdowns to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

VMC Operator

. Ability to

read and interpret mechanical drawings

. Knowledge of

tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes

. Skilled in using

measuring instruments

and understanding quality standards. Strong

attention to detail

and

problem-solving

skills.

ITI / Diploma

in Mechanical or Production Engineering (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,881.37 per month
