Job Overview :

We are looking for a

skilled and experienced VMC Operator

with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in

Vertical Machining Center (VMC)

operations. The candidate should be capable of handling machine setup, tool setting, and precision machining as per engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities :

Independently operate and set up

VMC machines

as per job requirements. Read and interpret

engineering drawings, G & M codes, and job specifications

. Perform

tool setting, offset adjustment, and minor programming edits

(if required). Conduct

first-piece inspection

and ensure consistent quality during production. Maintain

daily production and quality reports

. Ensure

proper usage and maintenance

of tools, fixtures, and machines. Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve machining-related issues. Follow all

safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Required Skills & Knowledge :

Hands-on experience in

VMC operations

(3-5 years). Knowledge of

Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers

. Ability to

read mechanical drawings and use precision measuring tools

(Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.). Basic understanding of

cutting parameters, tool life, speed, and feed optimization

. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Team player with good communication and discipline.

Work Schedule :

Working Hours :

9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Working Days :

Monday to Saturday (Sunday week off)

Attendance Incentive Provided.

Salary :

Based on experience and performance (Negotiable)
